Fees
Fertility and Women’s Health First Visit: $165 (includes consult and treatment) 75-90 minutes
Pain and general health issues First Visit $135 (includes consult, exam and treatment)
Follow Up Visits $95 (typically 50 minutes)

We do accept certain insurance plans. Please use the contact form below so we can check if we accept it. Please include your name as it shows on your card, your date of birth, Insurance name, plan name and member/ID number. Please provide this before your first appointment.
